NOTICE OF PRIVACY VACANCIES

Garrido Licona y Asociados, S.C., (hereinafter “GL”), with address at Avenida Insurgentes Sur 863, 10th Floor, Colonia Nápoles, Benito Juárez City Hall, Mexico City, Postal Code 03810, informs you that the Personal Data and Personal Data Sensitive (measurement of body temperature) hereinafter and jointly “Personal Data” that you provide us will be treated with the following primary purposes:
I. Recruitment and selection;
II. Being contacted to evaluate your profile and experience;
III. Allow access to GL facilities; Y
IV. In the same way, we will obtain video recordings derived from the entry to
our facilities, which will be used for control purposes,
surveillance, security, and guaranteeing access.

In the event that you are not selected for the vacancy you are applying for, the Personal Data that you provided us and those that were generated during the recruitment process, will be kept for a period of 6 (six) months in physical and electronic media, and subsequently discarded in order to avoid improper treatment of the same, based on article 11, second paragraph of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

We may share your Personal Data with third parties, such as member companies of the GL corporate group; By virtue of the foregoing, said persons may not use the information provided by GL in a manner other than that established in this Privacy Notice.

These transfers of Personal Data will be carried out with all appropriate security measures, in accordance with the principles contained in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, as well as the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (hereinafter and jointly “the Legislation”).

Your Personal Data will be treated based on the principles of Legality, Consent, Information, Quality, Purpose, Loyalty, Proportionality and Responsibility in terms of the Legislation. The confidentiality of your Personal Data is guaranteed and they are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures, to prevent their damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.

In the event that a security breach occurs at any stage of the processing of your Personal Data, GL, through the figure of Responsible Party, will notify you through the email you have provided us, or where appropriate, in the GL facilities, so that you take the corresponding measures in order to protect your rights.

In the event of any modification or update to this Privacy Notice, it will be made known to you through the email that you have provided us, or, where appropriate, at the GL facilities.

We inform you that you may exercise your Right to Revoke Consent at any time during the processing of your Personal Data, as well as exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”), regarding your Personal Data, of the following way:

You must request the ARCO Consent and Exercise of Rights Revocation Form to the email datospersonales@garridolicona.com which you must send us, duly filled out, and accompanied by the documents that prove your identity and, where appropriate, the personality of your legal representative.

In the event that the data that has been provided is not sufficient to locate the information you request, or they are inaccurate or erroneous, within three business days we will require you to complete or clarify them; If no response is received, or the information is erroneous or unclear, it will be considered as not submitted, considering the request as inadmissible.

If the request is appropriate, our response period will be twenty business days from the receipt of your request, and the deadline for sending the required information will be effective within fifteen business days following the date on which communicates its origin.

The information will be delivered electronically to the email that you provide us in the Form, free of charge, we can only charge the justified shipping costs or those derived from the issuance of copies and/or other formats, which will be informed to you in advance.
