Professional background

Partner specialized in tax consulting for financial sector institutions, with a
professional career and experience spanning more than 13 years, during which he
has participated in projects with prestigious national and international institutions,
including corporate restructures, mergers, spin-offs, fiscal optimization and tax and
business consulting projects.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from the Technological and Higher
Education Institute of Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico City Campus, as well as having
a postgraduate degree in Taxes from the Pan-American University.

Memberships or special positions:

He is a current member of the Association of Public Accountants of Mexico
(CCPM) and participates as a specialist on the Executive Committee for Tax Affairs
of the Mexican Association of Financial leasing, Credit and Factoring Companies
(AMSOFAC).
During his career he has participated in international assignments to the Asia-
Pacific Region.
Additionally, he lead technology projects in tax-related matters in a leading
Mexican Lending Institution.
